The paper describes
the activities of the ninth scientific conference of researchers who
are engaged in defensive technologies, which was organized by the
Military Technical Institute and held in October 15-016, 20120, in
Belgrade. This year, for the first time, OTEH 2020 was held
according to the online concept where the organizers showed their
capability of coping with all the difficulties the COVID-19 pandemic
had caused.
