Abstract: Radars in the high frequency 3-30 MHz, which are using surface waves generate large coverage area. This allows the radars of this type to be used as part of a system for monitoring the exclusive economic zones up to 200 nm. In this case, high frequency radar is used as a sensor for monitoring the sea surface over the horizon. Remote monitoring and control of Vlatacom High Frequency Over the Horizon Radar (HF-OTHR) is based on web technologies and is a solution for monitoring system parameters and its management through the local area network and wide area network. This paper describes the implemented system for remote monitoring and management of Vlatacom HF-OTH radars which in itself combines standard commercial equipment based on IP addressing and specific web interface for RF power amplifiers and radar sensor. Keywords: HF-OTHR, remote monitoring and control, web interface, web application, RF power amplifier.
