DETERMINING HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR NATURAL FREQUENCIES BY APPLYING DYNAMIC-MATHEMATICAL MODEL

Abstract: Vibrations of machine systems are a natural phenomenon with for every machine as a consequence of the dynamic state in which they work. Hydraulic excavator dynamic analysis is important in reducing the noise and vibrations to minimum. Being familiar with natural frequencies and their corresponding oscillation forms provides an important piece of information for the designers to be able to adjust the system and identify the parameters that are critical for the system vibrations. It is necessary to make up a dynamic matrix for determining the vibrations. To resolve this problem, we use the results of the system of differential equations numerical analysis. This paper offers determined natural frequencies of wheel hydraulic excavators by applying mathematical dynamic model. Key words: hydraulic excavator, dynamic-mathematical model, natural frequencies.
