THE IMPORTANCE OF USING multisensory DEVICES
IN MODERN C4ISR SYSTEMS

Abstract: The modern C4ISR system involves information superiority and decision superiority. Establishing a good C4ISR system with a battlefield operational picture in real time, one can have strategic and tactical advantages. The quantity and quality of information has great significance in this process. Rapid development in a field of electronics, optoelectronic sensors and IT's in the last decade gave us a possibility to use in real time many sensors which have characteriscs of visibility in diferrent part of electromagnetic spectrum. So, the importance of making multisensory systems and taking the information from many sensors in the same time and processing it into useful knowledge becames a very important tool in the process of integrating the intelligence process with surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance tasks.
