This publishing year of the Scientific Tehnical Review is dedicated to Mihajlo Pupin. Together with Nikola Tesla and Milutin Milanković, Mihajlo Pupin is the third scientist of the Serbian origin born in 19^th century whose scientific achievements in technical sciences brought him to the list of 100 most influential scientists of all time and who left his legacy to the mankind. Without his inventions in telecommunications, today’s world of communications would be very hard to imagine.
