INVESTIGATION OF NATURAL RUBBER CURING BY SULPHUR

The paper presents and analyses the basic principles in determining kinetic parameters of the elastomer material curing process on the basis of natural rubber (NR) of 40 H ShA hardness, where a sulphur system was used as a curing (vulcanization) agent. The process of curing an elastomer material mixture was characterized by a standard procedure of rheological investigation by using an oscillating disc and the differential scanning calorimetry.
