The guidance of mechanical systems as objects of control along nominals was analysed, the stress being on the objects with the number of autside inputs different from the number of their degrees of freedom. The objective was to show the mathematical forms in solwing tasks of guiding mechanical objects as well as to indicate procedures for their solving. Thus model types and characteristics were analysed.
