CHARACTERISTICS OF TWO-AXLE TRACKS AND PARTICULARITIES IN THE CALCULATION OF THEIR PINS

The characteristics of two-axle (coupled) tracks with rubber-metal joints have been analysed. The calculation of pins of two-axle tracks has been presented by the calculation of a beam on an elastic washer. Elastic lines and moment diagrams in the pin have been determined as well as the effect of the number of links on the pin diameter. Several models of track elastic joints have been analysed.
