ON A PROCEDURE TO DETERMINE A POINT BELONGING TO A POLYGONAL DOMAIN

One new procedure to determine a point belonging to a closed polygonal domain is proposed. Its short time of performing is demonstrated on an example of a hypothetic polygon with a thousand vertices.
