ANALYSIS OF FUZZY-LOGIC REGULATORS

The application of the theory of fuzzy sets and expert systems in automatic control has been discussed. The software realization of a PD fuzzy-logic regulator has been given as well as the experimental comparison of its performances with the performances of a corresponding conventional regulator. The applicability of the fuzzy set theory and control expert systems in practice has been described as well as the elements of designing fuzzy-logic regulators. Problems-unexplored fields have been pointed out.
