INCINERATION AS A METHOD OF HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT        Ilić Marina Miletić Saša   Waste generators in the world use more incineration as one of the methods for reducing waste volume. Modern plants for incineration are still very expensive, but there is a real possibility for hazardous waste incineration in cement rotary kilns. A cement rotary kiln requires substantial amount of fuel, but cement producers might use certain hazardous waste with high calorific value instead of expensive fossille fuel. Cement rotary kilns are very useful for developing countries.Depending on solid waste content and combustion quality, there are certainly polluting and even toxic components in the gas. This toxic components must be insulated from the gas by a special treatment before their emmision in the atmosphere.
