PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SUPPORT ELEMENTS DURING DESIGN OF MODERN TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

Based on results of preliminary investigations, Plan for relevant Integrated Logistic Support elements – reliability, maintenability and availability-is implemented in to a Digital Integrated System of Communications. General directions to determine, introduce and estimate requirements for these elements are given and shown in a case of a digital phone. Real variants of a laboratory and functional model are set by multicriteria choice of technologies, with reliability as a most important criterion. The continuous growth of phone mean time between failures during its development is estimated.
